He was the walking picture

Intoxicating mixture

Of everything I dreamed love could be.

He held my fascination,

I had no hesistation

He brought unknown emotions out of me.

Oh I can be so gullible, always believeing the impossible.



It was hypnotizing,

it was mesmerizing.

I was taken in right from the very start,

Now I stand amazed,

kinda like im in a daze, feeling sorry for my poor

disillusioned heart.



A slight miscalculation, some over expectation.

I lose perspective every now and then.

Guess it was bound to happen

someday I'll look back laughing.
