Over all domains, England reigns, England reigns

And it seems like it rains every day

Over heath and hill evermore may it spill

And it will if I have my say

British suns never set and theyburn even yet

Thought they often forget to shine

On this land and it's lanes

Down the strand, up the main

Till the drains fill the serpentine

And I pray I die neath a grey English sky

and if signs of a clear appear

If one cloud remains...Then I'll know England reigns..
